I am going to start another Beachbody challenge on Monday, April 2, 2012. Are you ready to achieve your health and fitness goals? As you can see, I decided to do this last year, I committed to myself to get healthy and I succeeded!!!!! DECIDE - COMMIT - SUCCEED!!! We all deserve to be healthy and happy and we owe it to ourselves to take a little time out of the day for ourselves to get healthier!!! It's amazing how spending a bit of your time daily for fitness also results in being happier and more confident!! I have an amazing group that committed to themselves and are helping the rest of the group stay motivated and inspired. An AMAZING group who ROCK!

Accountability time- TurboFire® - HIIT 30 √, Upper 20 √, Shakeology first thing in the AM √. HIIT tonight totally kicked my a$$!!!!!

Ok, so I have friends who ask me how to I stay motivated to keep working out. They want to do it but can't seem to get themselves to stay with it. Well today, honestly, I had one of those struggle days. I worked all day, came home and was making excuses to myself - "I'll just double up tomorrow, I'll just not workout today and make Wednesday my rest day". Well, I finally said to myself, get up off your bootay and just DO IT! It was really hard to do today so even I and all of us who do this need help in staying motivated. I did not workout as hard as I usually do and I felt so out of breath doing the HIIT workout tonight but at least I did it and was wiped out tonight but felt good that I fought those inner demons and did it!!! It's tough but like everything else it has to be scheduled and you have to stay committed to yourself to do it. You are so worth it and trust me when I say it gets easier and you do start loving how you feel after you do it. Those endorphins are amazing! Beats any "happy pills"!!!

What do you do to tell yourself that this must be done and get yourself motivated to do it?
