This site was started as an extension of amyrdh.com. It is the new social network site of amyrdh.com that allows people to connect in their areas, post pictures, post files, write blogs, keep in touch with hygiene friends and anything that can help you as a RDH or RDH student.
I also recently became an independent Beachbody coach and I also want to help any fellow RDH that wants to start getting healthier and to inspire and motivate anyone in achieving their health and fitness goals.
